ABOUT
Meet Daniel
Daniel is a meditation and yoga teacher from Melbourne, Australia. He has a background in dance and studied both history and international relations, reflecting an interest in global affairs.
During the pandemic of 2020 he struggled with his mental health, experiencing intense anxiety and stress. This is when he turned to meditation. It helped him find relaxation and calm amongst the chaos of that time.
He learned that a deep reservoir of inner peace can be accessed through meditation. This drove Daniel to become a teacher to help others experience the benefits of this incredible practice.
In 2024, after teaching hundreds of yoga and meditation classes, Awaken Within was born. His mission is to share the practice of meditation so that you can cultivate inner peace and live a life of greater alignment.
My Values
Empowerment
I believe in empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to improve their own lives. This is why I share meditation and other practices to help each person find what works for them.
Compassion
Many spiritual traditions teach that we are deeply interconnected. When we hurt another, we hurt ourselves. I acknowledge this truth by placing compassion for all at the centre of the work I do.
Recognition
The practices I teach were developed by many ancient cultures. I acknowledge the role of the Yogic, Vedic and Buddhist traditions in the creation of these practices.

I believe that world peace begins with inner peace. In order to create a better world we need to start with our own hearts and minds.
My mission is to help you live a healthier, more peaceful and aligned life. I started Awaken Within to give you the tools and knowledge to deepen your self connection, expand your sense of identity and cultivate inner calm.
My goal is to shift the collective towards a more peaceful future by empowering each individual with the tools to live in greater alignment.
