Meet Daniel

 

Daniel is a meditation and yoga teacher from Melbourne, Australia. He has years of experience guiding tired and busy people back into a state of calm. 

During the pandemic of 2020 he struggled with his mental health. He navigated intense anxiety and turned to meditation for relief. He discovered that a deep reservoir of peace could be accessed through meditation. This inspired him to become a teacher and share this incredible practice with others.

In 2024, after teaching hundreds of yoga and meditation classes, he founded Awaken Within to assist more people in living a healthy and relaxed life. 

Daniel's style of teaching is welcoming and accessible. He shares simple instructions so that beginners can adopt these practices with ease. Daniel focuses heavily on incorporating yoga and meditation into daily life - so that you can find relaxation even when you're busy.

Empowerment

I believe in empowering individuals with the tools and knowledge to improve their own lives. I share meditation and other practices to help each person find what works best for them.

Compassion

Many spiritual traditions teach that we are deeply interconnected. When we hurt another, we hurt ourselves. I acknowledge this truth by placing compassion for all at the centre of the work I do.

Recognition

The practices I teach were developed in a variety of ancient cultures. I acknowledge the role of the Vedic, Yogic and Buddhist traditions in the creation of these practices.

I believe that world peace begins with inner peace. In order to create a better society we need to start with our own hearts and minds. 

I started Awaken Within to give you the tools and knowledge to deepen your self connection, expand your sense of identity and cultivate inner calm.

By empowering each individual to live in greater alignment we can shift the human collective towards a more peaceful future.
