Meet Your Instructor:
Daniel Donovan
Daniel is a meditation and yoga teacher from Melbourne, Australia. He has years of experience guiding tired and busy people back to a state of calm.
During the pandemic of 2020 he struggled with his mental health. He navigated intense anxiety and turned to meditation for relief. He discovered that a deep reservoir of peace could be accessed through meditation. This drove him to become a teacher and help others experience the benefits of this incredible practice.
In 2024, after teaching hundreds of yoga and meditation classes, he founded Awaken Within to assist more people in living a healthy and relaxed life.
His foundational course, Meditation for Beginners, is the culmination of years of research and experience. It contains all of the tools you need to establish a regular practice, with clear and simple instructions.
